The Clean FFPE DNA & RNA Kit has especially been designed to isolate both DNA and RNA from precious FFPE sample material. CleanNA developed a non-toxic deparaffinization protocol avoiding Xylene. Applying our buffer system will deparaffinize the FFPE samples, reverse cross-linking and digest the tissue sample resulting in higher nucleic acids yields.
The kits protocol is fully scalable and due to the use of CleanNA’s magnetic bead purification technology, can easily be automated on liquid handling workstations (e.g. Beckman, Hamilton, Tecan, Caliper, Perkin Elmer, Agilent and Eppendorf).
